Twenty years development make us from a small factory to Medium-sized enterprise. As a member of China Die& Mould Industry Association and director of YuYao Mould Association unit.  We have ISO9001 approved and famous in Chinese plastic industry.

In mould making process the CAD/CAE/CAM have been used. The mould department equipped with more than 30 sets of advanced numerical control machines, including machining center( Taiwan DAH LIH), electricity spark machines(Japan SODICK), Numerical Control Lathe (Germany DMG), three-coordinate measure instrument for mould test(Switzerland) and so on. There are over 30 mid-and senior-lever technicians, engineer and over 100 qualified working staffs.   The annual capacity is about 600 sets high-precision plastic moulds (including many big and complex moulds with hot runners or hot nozzles), and the plastic products is beyond 100 million Pcs. Over half of our moulds and products have been exported to worldwide, such as America, Korea, Germany, France, Canada. The domestic customers beyond 400.
